Become a Member | Member By Mail

As a member of the arts community, we know that you often have little spare time. So the ACFCU is trying to free up a little by offering a new "Member By Mail" service. Here's what you have to do:


Individuals

  1. Print out an Individual Membership Form and fill it out.

  2. Mail the following to:

  • Your completed membership form
  • Photocopies of two pieces of ID, one of which must be government issued (driver's license, passport etc.)
  • Check or money order -- see How to Open an Account Page for minimum requirements for different accounts
  • Note: There is no need to send a separate check or money order for your one-time $10 membership fee. We will deduct it from your initial deposit.

Arts Organizations

  1. Print out an Organization Membership Form and fill it out.

  2. Mail the following to:

  • Your completed membership form
  • A copy of your organization's Corporate Resolution
  • A list of your organization's Board of Directors
  • A copy of your most recent budget and audit
  • Check or money order -- see How to Open an Account Page for minimum requirements for different accounts
  • Note: There is no need to send a separate check or money order for your one-time $10 membership fee. We will deduct it from your initial deposit.
